Weather history – FAQ
What has the weather been like this past month?
We pull the actually measured figures (temperature and precipitation) for the last 30 days from Open-Meteo's weather archive. Pick your town above to see averages, the warmest and coldest day and total rainfall.
Where do the historical figures come from?
The figures are reanalysis data (ERA5) via Open-Meteo's archive API – the same data researchers use for climate analysis. The full Danish weather archive with records is at DMI.
Can I see the climate for my town?
Yes. The overview shows the last month's actual weather for your town, so you can tell whether it has been warmer, colder, wetter or drier than usual.
